Liana and Roman helped sell our condo, and we could not have made a better decision to work with them. We came to them with a buyer lined up, thinking the transaction was all but done. How wrong we were! After Liana and Roman negotiated a highly favorable price on the condo, the buyers had a neverending string of issues with their lender, which threatened to torpedo the whole deal.
